Were looking for a strategic people-focused leader to head up our Data Analysis and Insights team within Regulatory and Identity Services (RIS). This role is all about making data work for people using it to strengthen decision-making improve services and shape the future of digital platforms across Regulatory Services.
Youll lead a team of analysts and technical specialists champion good data governance and ensure insights are clear accessible and useful. Youll also be the product owner for our digital platforms making sure theyre fit-for-purpose now and into the future.
What youll bring
- Proven experience leading strategic data analysis and digital product management
- Strong understanding of data governance analytics frameworks and public sector systems
- A collaborative leadership style that builds capability and culture including the ability to lead through change
- Ability to connect data and technology to long-term business outcomes
- Confidence engaging with senior leaders vendors and cross-agency partners
- Awareness of Te Tiriti o Waitangi obligations and how they shape data and digital service delivery
