At PwC our people in business application consulting specialise in consulting services for a variety of business applications helping clients optimise operational efficiency. These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In SAP human capital at PwC you will focus on providing consulting services for SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements implement HCM software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes enhance talent management and achieve their strategic objectives.

Focused on relationships you are building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations you are growing your personal brand deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients and to deliver quality. Meaningful work youll be part of

As a Senior Associate youll work as part of a team of problem solvers helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze the current business requirement and processes and recommend / develop solutions to meet the client needs
  • Design configure and document SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) modules based on business requirements
  • Assist in developing functional specification for integration and data developments
  • Assisting in testing process (developing and maintaining test scripts and scenarios) to discover errors and issues in business processes documentation or users lack of experience
  • Assisting in application support system testing and training of end users

  • Interpersonal skills and able to work as a team
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel and Project
  • Working with the cloud implementation methodology and project planning (at least 4 full cycle implementations for Recruitment & Onboarding modules)
  • Experience leading teams in SAP SuccessFactors Talent Acquisition (Recruiting & Onboarding) projects
  • Experience leading client workshops
  • Creation of documentation and training materials
  • Knowledge transfer to clients and training of super users
