We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer/Developer with a strong background in Information Technology Networking DICOM standards and Artificial Intelligence ideally within a healthcare or medical imaging environment. This role will be instrumental in designing and developing cutting-edge training programs for global audiences supporting the growth of our healthcare IT education initiatives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design develop and implement engaging instructional content for both instructor-led and eLearning formats.

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) in IT networking DICOM and AI to translate complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences.

  • Create curriculum and training materials aligned with adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

  • Create projects plans and execute according to schedule.

  • Develop interactive modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline RISE Adobe Captivate Camtasia or similar.

  • Ensure content is localized and culturally appropriate for regional audiences especially in EMEA.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments feedback and performance metrics.

  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in healthcare IT AI and instructional design.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology Computer Science or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design or technical training development.

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure networking protocols DICOM standards and network diagnostics tools

  • Familiarity with AI concepts and their application in healthcare environments.

  • Strong proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and Enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy standards.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global cross-functional team (including US)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience creating content in a healthcare OEM or medical imaging company.

  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards in healthcare education.

  • Hungarian language skills are a plus but not required.

  • Experience with the following software tools: Microsoft Office Applications (Power Point Word Excel) Virtual Machine VMware.

  • Rapid development expertise and Mindset: open to evolving instructional design agile-development concepts and strategies Knows and willing to learn rapid development tools (Simulations Videos LCMS Meta-Tagging for content reuse/curation etc.) Keeps pace with changing and emerging learning strategies (e.g. Virtual Machine etc...).

  • Results driven and action oriented.

  • Creative problem solver

  • Ability to adapt in response to new information different or unexpected circumstances.
