In this role you will be responsible for:

Support internal audits of data processing flow - identification and prevention of security risks data leaks illegal or incorrect processing
Assures the Impact analyze - DPIA - when processing activities are high risk
Maintaining and updating the register of processing activities
Verifying the GDPR compliance of the website and the online communication flow that involves data processing processes (marketing campaigns)
Policy/procedure updates in line with GDPR legislation
Training of internal staff on GDPR obligations if needed
Supporting DPO in representation of the company before the Supervisory Authority (ANSPDCP) in front of the data subjects (clients tourists employees etc.) when they exercise their rights
Support in exercising the rights of data subjects
Rapid incident response/Incident management and reporting to the ANSPDCP (national Supervisory Authority) in the event of an incident (data breach) avoiding image damage or penalties to keep in touch with ANSPDCP in case of controls.

Professional experience and skills:

Higher education - preferably in law
At least 3 years of professional experience in a position related to personal data
Fluent knowledge of Romanian and EU laws on personal data protection in particular GDPR ecommerce cybersecurity (NIS 2)
Knowledge of the application of information security standards
Industry certificates (CIPP/E CIPM) are welcome
We are looking for proactive people who show independence and initiative in action are goal-oriented interested in participating in interesting innovative projects and open to work in a dynamic environment with the ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of MS Office (including Word Excel Power Point)
Very good knowledge of English at least at B2 level (spoken and written) including legal terminology related to the protection of personal data allowing for free communication and creation of documents
Ability to build business relationships take a broader view of the actions taken commitment to the tasks entrusted to them
Good organization of own work accuracy and independence in action
Motivation creativity openness to change and willingness to learn new areas of law.
