Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for tooling & automation equipment setup trouble shooting & ensure optimal performance.
- Performed mechanical & tooling verification form fit & function check.
- Assist engineer to carried out tooling and automation equipment task.
- Responsible for tooling modification parts maintenance & workshop function.
- Responsible for equipment setup trouble shoot process improvement of the specific technical area.
- Assist engineers & performing any duties as directed by the immediate supervisor from time to time.
- Derive Continual Improvement. Practice Risk Base Thinking in planning and execution of task.
- Compliance to ISO Requirements company rules & regulations applicable codes etc.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience. Good knowledge of basic electromechanical equipment setup & form fit function check.
- Candidates without appropriate experience may be accepted by the hiring manager subject to job nature availability of buddy duration of learning etc.
- With good computer literacy and good communication skill. Some workshop mechining skill is an advantage.
- Additional knowledge of jigs & fixture trouble shooting electrical wiring and machining is an advantage.
