Your new role

Lead and manage a team delivering high-quality support to clients carers and families through the HACC-PYP program. As part of the Client & Carer Wellbeing Support Services leadership team this role ensures service excellence compliance with regulatory requirements and supports funding applications and program growth.

Your skills and experience

We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and grow services under the HACC-PYP program supporting younger people with care needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills program management experience and a passion for improving client outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Social Work Community Services Social Sciences Disability or related field (desirable)
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of client needs service gaps and support systems
  • Experience managing programs staff and budgets
  • Proactive problem-solving innovative thinking and sound decision-making skills
  • Ability to lead through change and foster a positive team culture
  • Commitment to service excellence and evidence-based practice
