Job Summary

Your new role
Lead and manage a team delivering high-quality support to clients carers and families through the HACC-PYP program. As part of the Client & Carer Wellbeing Support Services leadership team this role ensures service excellence compliance with regulatory requirements and supports funding applications and program growth.

Your skills and experience
We are seeking a dynamic leader to manage and grow services under the HACC-PYP program supporting younger people with care needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills program management experience and a passion for improving client outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Social Work Community Services Social Sciences Disability or related field (desirable)
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong understanding of client needs service gaps and support systems
- Experience managing programs staff and budgets
- Proactive problem-solving innovative thinking and sound decision-making skills
- Ability to lead through change and foster a positive team culture
- Commitment to service excellence and evidence-based practice
