Your mission:
An internship opportunity titled : Integrated modeling of auto-flight system (m/f) has just opened at Airbus Opérations SAS - Design Officelocated in Toulouse France.

You will join the department in charge of Auto-flight system.

Your internship will consist in building a structured multi-granularity level integrated model of the A330 family autopilot. Indeed today the A330 auto-flight system is inherited from many years of development and its description is spread across many sources. A potential for increasing the productivity of all actors working on this system (designers certification specialists verification & validation teams in-service teams otherATAs...) has been identified. A first mock-up of an optimised model is already running your objective will be to improve it by refining the functional split of the system.

Internship duration: 5 months starting in March 2026.

This position requires a security clearance or requires to be eligible for clearance by recognized authorities.

Your main missions will consist in:

- appropriate the already running tool (developed in 2025) and users needs

- review the functional auto-flight system breakdown

- propose improvements of the tool

Your tutor will support youidentify your professional objectives and develop your skills

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

- improve knowledge of a critical system (the auto-pilot)

- develop software competences

- discoverdevelopment & in-service ways of working & interacting being integrated at the heart of the design team

Your boarding pass:
You are in your final year of a Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering.

You possess the following competences:

- Technical skills
