Therapist Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Location: Outpatient clinic (some community-based activities)
Schedule: Full-time group sessions 23 hours 5 days/week
Overview:
Provide individual and group therapy to members with behavioral health needs including substance use PTSD post-incarceration syndrome and co-occurring disorders. Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement recovery-focused treatment plans.
Requirements:
Masters in behavioral health field
Associate License: LAC LMSW LAAC (or pending within 6 months)
Minimum 2 years behavioral health experience
CPR/FA and crisis de-escalation certification
Strong communication organizational and computer skills
Valid AZ drivers license may be required
Responsibilities:
Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions
Develop and update treatment/recovery plans
Monitor member progress and ensure safety
Maintain timely documentation and participate in clinical supervision
