Description

Northwestern Counseling & Support Services is hiring a part-time SASH (Support and Services at Home) Clinician to join our team! The SASH Emotional Wellness Clinician (SEWC) provides support and care coordination as a part of a care team embedded at SASH locations. Be part of a team that includes a supportive group of providers coverage for after-hour client emergencies and excellent benefits alongside a competitive salary.Please note that this is only a part-time opportunity.

The SASH Clinician provides high quality low barrier services with the intention of providing support to those who may not otherwise access traditional mental health services. The right individual will work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team to improve client care and community outcomes. This position is in St. Albans and is an in-person position embedded in the local SASH agency.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct individual therapeutic support to SASH participants
Assessment screening and triage services
Group based programs on topics relating to mental health substance use and aging
Team based care coordination with SASH staff and community resources

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Masters degree in counseling social work psychology or closely related field
Licensed oron the roster of Non-licensed Non-certified Psychotherapists
