Your new role

As our new Head of Power Systems in Sweden you will be part of the Swedish Energy Management Team and a part of our global Power Systems team. You will manage and grow a team of experts secure and deliver projects applying a seller-doer mentality and bring your strategic thoughts and ideas into the global team to support Rambolls overall Power Systems strategy. Furthermore you will act as a thought leader in your area of responsibility and will prepare execute and follow up on key events.

Your key responsibilities

As part of a dedicated team you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities of varied complexity and scale such as:

• Lead and execute the country and client strategies for Sweden
• Set up a growth and hiring strategy for our Power Systems team in Sweden
• Drive business development and establish/expand client relationships in market areas transmissions & distribution substations and electrical engineering
• Day-to-day and strategic line management for the local Power Systems team in Sweden including professional development
• Jointly develop the Swedish power systems market together with other Ramboll units to provide a holistic service offer for our clients
• Support the electrification of other relevant sectors in Sweden
• Act as Project Manager for complex multi-service assignments ranging from design to owners engineering and development support to technical due diligence and strategic advisory for projects

Your new team

As our new Head of Power Systems in Sweden you will be part of our management team within our Energy Sweden. You will join and lead an existing team in Sweden that has a large impact on the development of Power Systems in the Swedish market. The team has a good mix of seniority technical background and diversity. You will be part of and collaborate closely with our global competence center within Power Systems and will report to the Director Business Area of Energy in Sweden. You will interact closely with colleagues from other Ramboll business areas and have an interface with the local Ramboll Business Development and the Global Energy organization.

About you

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline; a masters degree or other advanced degree is preferred
• Preferably a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Substantial experience in power systems project development execution or operation within in a consultancy company power company or other relevant market
• Profound industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of design and engineering project economics interfaces risks and commercial aspects of power systems development
• Proven track record in managing small or large teams as well as dealing with multidisciplinary projects
• Industry reputation and established network
