- Review financials and monitor submissions in SAP/OneStream for the assigned entities in accordance with local GAAP IFRS and Group Reporting policies and in line with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) / Group Timelines.
- Drive a customer-centric approach by building partnerships and open discussions to capture developing concerns issues and identify best practices. Conduct regular monthly business reviews with the local stakeholders.
- Manage and resolve escalations risks and opportunities raised/identified.
- Responsible for leading the R2R team and keeping a high level of employee engagement.
- Ensure proper documentation and authorization for manual journal entries.
- Provide complete and timely R2R support in various audits and review requirements ensuring smooth and compliant operations.
- Reconciles subsidiary and general ledger accounts.
- Drive change management and related implementations in positively transforming the service delivery.
- Set up appropriate performance targets and conduct timely performance reviews to develop team members and address issues/concerns.
- Perform all other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Lead R2R Service Delivery.
- Coach and mentor the team to improve performance and engagement.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree preferred in Accounting Finance or other Business /CPA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification in accounting will be a plus.
- Working knowledge of IFRS financial reporting and internal controls.
- Hands-on working experience with finance systems such as SAP/ Oracle. Prior experience working with SAP implementations will be a plus.
- 3 years of leadership experience in maintaining a full set of accounts and monthly General Ledger closing.
- Excellent target setting and performance monitoring/review skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
