Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation:
- Design compelling marketing materials that align with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
- Create engaging visual content (e.g. videos presentations infographics) for various marketing channels.
- Marketing activity Planning & Execution:
- Conceptualize plan and execute a wide range of activities.
- Manage all aspects of activity logistics ( coordination and activity execution).
- Measure and report the results of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in creating engaging content (e.g. graphics videos social media posts) for various business marketing channels ensuring brand consistency.
- Marketing Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns that leverage both online and offline channels.
- Implement and monitor marketing campaigns analyzing performance data to optimize results.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with internal teams external partners and vendors.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement:
- Proactively identify and resolve challenges demonstrating a can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices continuously seeking opportunities to enhance marketing efforts.
Qualifications :
- Education: Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Graphic Design or a related field for the 6-month duration of the internship starting February 2026.
- Experience:
- Marketing role with a strong emphasis on graphic design and Activity management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) or similar design software.
- Experience in planning and executing successful activity for diverse audiences.
- Skills:
- Exceptional graphic design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Write copy for social media posts promotional emails and other marketing collaterals.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook (experience with SharePoint is a plus).
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook Twitter YouTube etc.)
- Language and working environment:
- Experience in a multicultural environment.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven result-oriented environment.
- Strong English communication skills (verbal / written).
- German language is preferred French language is a bonus skill.
- Capable of working in a team but also independently.
- Participate in formal and informal training opportunities.
- Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
