What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be visible in your application for consideration.

A Bachelors degree in building construction industrial engineering or related field AND one year of experience planning scheduling or coordinating facility system maintenance and construction projects;

OR
Four years of experience planning scheduling or coordination facility system maintenance or construction projects

  • Experience scheduling and managing materials resources and personnel to complete complex facilities projects efficiently and professionally.

  • Experience in working closely with trade teams hospital departments and external contractors to plan implement and resolve project needs.

  • In-depth understanding of building systems including electrical plumbing HVAC and medical equipment with the ability to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.

  • Familiarity with ADA standards fire and safety codes evacuation planning and Joint Commission requirements with a commitment to maintaining compliance across all facility operations.

  • Experience evaluating and recommending preventive maintenance schedules and system upgrades to improve operational efficiency and safety.

  • Experience managing leased properties including issuing compliance notifications and coordinating tenant support services.

  • Demonstrates sensitivity to cultural differences and ensures services are delivered in a respectful inclusive and linguistically appropriate manner.

  • Experience assisting in emergency situations and perform a wide range of tasks to support hospital operations and departmental goals.

Special Requirements:To be hired you must have a criminal records and driving records check that meets OHA criteria at the time of hire and throughout employment.
