What We Are Looking For
Minimum Qualifications: These qualifications must be visible in your application for consideration.
A Bachelors degree in building construction industrial engineering or related field AND one year of experience planning scheduling or coordinating facility system maintenance and construction projects;
OR
Four years of experience planning scheduling or coordination facility system maintenance or construction projects

Experience scheduling and managing materials resources and personnel to complete complex facilities projects efficiently and professionally.
Experience in working closely with trade teams hospital departments and external contractors to plan implement and resolve project needs.
In-depth understanding of building systems including electrical plumbing HVAC and medical equipment with the ability to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Familiarity with ADA standards fire and safety codes evacuation planning and Joint Commission requirements with a commitment to maintaining compliance across all facility operations.
Experience evaluating and recommending preventive maintenance schedules and system upgrades to improve operational efficiency and safety.
Experience managing leased properties including issuing compliance notifications and coordinating tenant support services.
Demonstrates sensitivity to cultural differences and ensures services are delivered in a respectful inclusive and linguistically appropriate manner.
Experience assisting in emergency situations and perform a wide range of tasks to support hospital operations and departmental goals.
Special Requirements:To be hired you must have a criminal records and driving records check that meets OHA criteria at the time of hire and throughout employment.

The salary listed is the non-PERS qualifying salary range. If the successful candidate is PERS qualifying the salary range will reflect the additional 6.95%. Review the Classification and Compensation page for more details on the classification.
