Job Summary
Lab Responsibilities
- Conduct cell culture studies (shake flask to fed-batch bioreactor)
- Perform affinity chromatography & viral inactivation
- Execute cGLP cell banking for research use
- Ensure SOP compliance and report anomalies
Data & Reporting
- Analyze large datasets using statistical methods
- Draft technical reports to support commercial filings
- Present findings in cross-functional meetings
Team Collaboration
- Coordinate lab activities with scientific teams
- Provide technical support to Manufacturing for troubleshooting & improvements
- Participate in training activities
Qualifications :
Education & Experience
BS/BA in Life Sciences Biochemistry Molecular Biology Cellular Biology or related discipline
Hands-on lab experience with cell culture and/or affinity chromatography
Solid understanding of antibody manufacturing processes
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Work Authorization
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship

- Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Additional Information :
Position is full-time 1st shift Monday Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Rensselaer NY and the surrounding areas are encouraged to apply.
