In the first 30 days you will:
- Develop a strong understanding of Evolvs procurement processes systems and key stakeholders.
- Learn the technical and commercial requirements for components or services tied to current and future generation products.
- Review existing supplier contracts and spend data to identify top suppliers and areas of opportunity.
- Collaborate with Engineering Manufacturing and Quality teams to align procurement strategies with product development and production needs.
Within 3 months you will:
- Conduct a comprehensive supplier spend analysis and prioritize supplier management strategies.
- Begin developing a strategic sourcing framework aligned with company goals and scalability.
- Initiate refinement of master purchase agreements for top suppliers covering at least 50% of total spend.
- Establish baseline procurement metrics and reporting tools tomonitorsupplier performance cost savings and risk mitigation.
By the end of the first year you will:
- Finalize and implement strategic sourcing framework across key commodities.
- Successfully renegotiate master purchase agreements covering at least 75% of spend with best-in-class terms.
- Deliverat least 5-10%year-over-year cost savings through supplier negotiations and market analysis.
- Support new product introductions withtimelysourcing and supplier alignment.
- Provide regular leadership updates with clear KPIs and progress reports.
- Contribute to the re-engineering of procurement infrastructure to support rapid growth and innovation.

- Learn the technical and commercial requirements for components or services tied to current and future generation products.
- Review existing supplier contracts and spend data to identify top suppliers and areas of opportunity.
- Collaborate with Engineering Manufacturing and Quality teams to align procurement strategies with product development and production needs.
Cost Optimization and Financial Acumen
- Perform total landed cost analysis to guide supplier selection and negotiations.
- Deliver 510% year-over-year cost savings through strategic sourcing and market intelligence.
- Build cost models to support budgeting and forecasting for procurement activities.
- Monitor commodity price trends and proactively adjust sourcing strategies to mitigate risk.
Contract Negotiation and Compliance
- Negotiate master purchase agreements with favorable terms for pricing lead time and liability.
- Ensure supplier contractscomply withregulatory and internal policy requirements.
- Maintain contract lifecycle documentation and renewal schedules.
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to manage supplier risk and enforce contract terms.
Data Driven Decision Making

The base salary range for this full-time position is$73000- $ addition to base salary this role offers a competitive target bonus equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
