Job Summary
Your contribution to something big:
- Negotiate and coordinate production planning with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement the production plan ensuring alignment with annual sales forecasts.
- Manage production leveling and monitor key performance indicators.
- Oversee shipments to customers and manage bottlenecks to meet delivery targets.
- Actively participate in industrialization and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: Bachelors or Masters in Industrial Engineering Production Management or similar.
- Experience: Hands-on experience with production processes quality tools and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Know-how & Skills: Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office tools. Strong analytical negotiation and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with resilience under pressure.
- Languages: Proficiency in English (spoken and written) required. German is a plus.
- Personality & Working Style: Critical and creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working in a dynamic collaborative environment. Willingness to travel as required.
