About your role:
As a Key Account & Commercial Sales Manager for Performance
You will take ownership of your (future) accounts drive business growth play a pivotal role in shaping our success within the Noise Vibration and Harshness (NVH) market. Youll be responsible for nurturing relationships with our largest and most important clients identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the whole market. Key Responsibilities:
Relationship building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients at regional and global levels across various functions.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a commercial or technical field.
3 years of experience in a B2B environment preferably within the industrial sector.
Proven experience in sales or business development with a focus on building and growing key accounts.
Strong business acumen negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to understand technical information and translate it into customer-focused solutions.
