職務概要
部門長として駐車支援システム運転支援システム車内センシングシステムそして次世代の集中型電子アーキテクチャに基づく高機能システムなど幅広いADAS製品の開発を統括していただきますこの部門にはシステム設計者システムエンジニアDevOpsエンジニア検証評価エンジニアなどが所属しています

職務内容

• 先進運転支援システムADAS開発部門の全体を統括管理し高品質なADASソリューションの提供を確実にします
• 部門の長期的な目標達成に向けたビジョンミッション戦略を策定し推進します
• メンバーアソシエイトマネージャーの能力開発計画を戦略的に立案し実行します
• チームメンバーを指導育成し継続的な学習と改善を促す文化を醸成します
• 部門が担当する各開発領域を監督しお客様のニーズに応え拡張性があり納期を厳守し優れた品質を維持することを保証します
• 最新のADAS技術動向を常に把握し効率向上と最先端の開発環境維持のための改善活動を積極的に推進します
• 社内のプロジェクト管理ソフトウェア開発車両技術部門と密接に連携し日本における開発体制を強化します
• グローバルチームと協力し製品開発プロセスに日本の自動車メーカーの要望を確実に反映させます製品の企画開発プロセススケジュールについて日本の製品担当チームを支援します
• 担当領域における事業拡大のためのM&A企業の買収合併活動を主導します

Position Overview:
As department head you will be responsible for driving the systems development of our ADAS systems for a diverse range of products from parking systems driving systems interior sensing systems and highly integrated systems on centralized architectures. This organization includes roles such as system architects system engineers DevOps engineers and verification and validation engineers. The position requires a strong leadership based on a comprehensive technical background and thorough understanding as well as the ability to drive innovation and excellence within the local organization in Japan but also addressing the supporting organizations at other locations mostly in Europe India USA and China.

Job Description

• Lead and manage the ADAS System Development department ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality ADAS solutions.
• Create a vision mission and strategy for your department including long-term advancements and growth.
• Set up and drive strategic competence management for your associate and managers.
• Mentor and develop team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Oversee the development of the departments domains ensuring customer focus scalability on-time delivery and outstanding quality.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ADAS technology. Initiate and push improvement activities for increased efficiency maintaining a state-of-the-art development environment.
• Interact with local departments for project management software development and vehicle technology to form a strong Japan organization.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure the consideration of JOEM requirements in the global product development. Support the local product area team on the product definition the development process and schedule.
• Drive acquisitions with respect to the own responsible areas.

Qualifications :

• 学歴: コンピューターサイエンス工学人工知能ロボット工学自然科学または関連分野での大学または大学院博士課程を含む卒業
• 経験と知識:
  • ソフトウェアおよびシステム開発分野におけるリーダーシップポジションでの複数年の実務経験
  • 大規模なシステムおよびソフトウェア開発プロジェクトにおける人材育成経験
  • 複雑な機能を持つシステムに関する包括的な専門知識
  • 多様な文化背景を持つチームでの量産プロジェクトにおける複数年の実務経験
• リーダーシップ: 多様なバックグラウンドを持つチームメンバーを鼓舞し意欲を高めることができる強力なリーダーシップとマネジメントスキル

Qualifications

• Education: University studies or a doctorate in computer science engineering artificial intelligence robotics natural sciences or a comparable field.
• Experience and Knowledge: Several years of professional experience in leadership positions in the field of software and system development personal development experience in large system and software projects; comprehensive system knowledge for complex functions; several years of practical experience in series projects with teams of different cultural backgrounds.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Personality and Working Practice: You take responsibility for overall success set clear priorities and effectively utilize resources; place common goals above individual interests and positively influence your environment; recognize and promote individual strengths within the team; use challenges as opportunities for development and create sustainable learning from them.
• Languages: Very good communication skills in written and spoken English. Japanese skills are highly valuable.
