WHAT WILL KEEP YOU BUSY: 

As Head Barista you will be an expert in all things coffee in crafting unforgettable service experiences. You will lead your team with a passion acting as a support for them as well as the rest of the management team. 

• Have a customer oriented positive attitude providing excellent customer service and experience 

• Ability to lead and manage the team while identifying training and development needs 

• Plan coffee events and manage a marketing plan including pop ups and masterclasses 

• Innovate and drive creativity with beverages 

• Maintain and look after the specialist coffee equipment 

• Work closely with specialist coffee supplier maintaining great relationships 
   

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Ensure quality control and consistency of all beverages 

• Training and development of barista team

• Provide exemplary customer service 

• Support the managers with aims and goals

• Maintenance and management of all equipment 

• Maintain and promote health & safety value and culture

• Coffee/event planning 

Qualifications :

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: 

• Passion for coffee and hospitality

• Customer service experience 

• Good listening and communication skills 

• Pro-active and can do attitude 

• Leadership skills
