An exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join a respected independent estate agency in the Bexleyheath area delivering excellent results and customer service.

Seeking an experienced residential Lettings Negotiator with local market knowledge. Must be confident proactive and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal for existing negotiators aiming to advance or senior negotiators seeking a new challenge with a progressive local agency offering career growth and fresh opportunities.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Handling enquiries and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating tenancies between landlords and tenants
• Generating new business opportunities and maintaining client relationships
• Managing applicant registration and follow-up processes
• Delivering outstanding customer service to landlords tenants and applicants
• Supporting team members and contributing to branch targets
• Building strong local market knowledge to enhance brand reputation
• Representing the company with professionalism at all times

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings (essential)
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Confident telephone manner and professional presentation
• Self-motivated ambitious and target-driven
• Knowledge of Bexleyheath and surrounding areas (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence (essential) and own car (preferred)
• Positive proactive and team-oriented attitude
