About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller this role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial reporting driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Youll play a key role in supporting organisational growth and providing insights that help shape strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management and statutory financial reports.
Manage general ledger reconciliations accruals and balance sheet integrity.
Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and audit requirements.
Partner with operational and corporate stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insights.
Drive process and systems improvements to enhance reporting and efficiency.
Support year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.

About You

CA/CPA qualified with several years post-qualification experience.
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background within complex organisations.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
Experience in the not-for-profit aged care community or healthcare sector is advantageous.
ERP system experience (TechnologyOne Pronto or similar).
Collaborative communicator with a values-driven team-focused approach.
