Visa is searching for a Senior Manager to join both our Global Marketing Services and North America Marketing Services Teams reporting directly to the Senior Director Global and North America Marketing Services Leader. This is a high visibility high exposure role and the individual will be responsible for three critical areas:
Coordinate workstreams within Global Marketing Services Loyalty Digital Experience and Capabilities and Technology to support the global implementation and development of Visas MarTech platform.
Oversee cross-functional workstreams maintaining comprehensive program status reports and driving accountability across stakeholder groups to ensure on-time high-quality delivery of commercialization milestones for the new MarTech platform
Proactively identify risks dependencies and potential roadblocks developing and executing mitigation strategies while providing regular executive-ready status updates to senior leadership to inform decision-making and maintain launch momentum.
- Lead the development and global rollout of sales enablement resources and training programs to equip frontline sales teams with the knowledge tools and positioning needed to effectively sell the MarTech platform driving consistency in value messaging accelerating sales cycles and increasing adoption across all regions.
The selected candidate will serve as a member of the Marketing Services Team managing project workstreams for the commercialization of a new MarTech platform intended to support the financial growth objectives of Marketing Services in the coming years. This position is also responsible for overseeing the distribution and adoption of sales enablement materials and processes supporting a global team of sellers in achieving both Visas client marketing objectives and Visas overall growth targets. The role involves close collaboration with Regional Client Marketing Teams other Global Marketing Teams (including Product Marketing Content Insights & Analytics) Technology third-party vendors and Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) among others. The position requires the ability to integrate strategic planning with detailed execution.
Essential Functions
Project manage global MarTech commercialization workstreams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing Services Loyalty Digital Experience Technology and regional stakeholders to drive the global implementation enhancement and commercialization of Visas new MarTech platform.
Ensure on-time high-quality delivery of program milestones

Identify and Mitigate Risks to Launch Success
- Proactively assess and address risks dependencies and roadblocks. Develop mitigation strategies and deliver executive-ready status updates to enable informed leadership decision-making
Drive global sales enablement and training
- Lead the creation and rollout of sales enablement materials playbooks and training programs to equip frontline sales teams with the tools data and messaging needed to effectively position and sell the MarTech platform worldwide
Foster collaboration across global and regional teams
Partner with Regional Client Marketing Product Marketing Content Insights & Analytics Visa Consulting & Analytics and external vendors to align go-to-market strategies ensure consistency in client messaging and support Visas growth objectives

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Experience with marketing campaigns driven by MarTech and success in driving stakeholders ability to use and or sell the MarTech platform
- High degree of maturity and discretion as individual will be exposed to significant amount of confidential information
- Expert-level or advanced PowerPoint design and storytelling skills
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written
- Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
