As the Full-Time Assistant Director of Health and Wellbeing at The Waters of Oak Creek youll partner closely with the Director of Health and Wellbeing to deliver exceptional care and services tailored to our Memory Care residents. Your responsibilities will include supervising a dedicated team of caregiving staff ensuring their professional growth and adherence to our core values of empathy and excellence. To thrive as the Full-Time Assistant Director of Health and Wellbeing at The Waters of Oak Creek youll need a blend of essential skills and experiences. An active RN license is a must alongside previous experience in assisted living settings which will help you navigate the unique challenges of Memory Care and Assisted Living.
