DescriptionRole Summary
WTWs DC Research team is highly regarded within the industry and were looking for a motivated individual to join us on a fixed-term contract. The position offers an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to work alongside consultants who advise some of the UKs largest employers and most innovative Defined Contribution (DC) schemes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support DC consultants with research and assessment of bundled DC products and services offered by insurance companies and investment managers.
- Consolidate and analyse data to produce governance materials and draft client-facing outputs.
- Identify trends and patterns across large datasets and present findings through graphs charts and other visual formats.
- Draft concise insightful commentary explaining data trends for client documents.
- Contribute ideas to enhance our centralized data analytics offering ensuring alignment with evolving consulting needs and regulatory requirements.
QualificationsEssential Requirements
- The role is based at WTWs Reigate office requiring onsite presence during the training and handover phase for 2 days per week in Reigate and 1 day per week in the London office. Following this period attendance at the Reigate office will be required once a week as the team is primarily based there.
- Experience within financial services or insurance (essential).
- Proven proficiency in Excel (data reconciliation lookup fórmulas) and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
- Competent PowerPoint user capable of converting data insights into engaging presentations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize and learn quickly.
- Collaborative self-motivated and eager to develop new ideas.
Desirable
- Familiarity with Morningstar and a basic understanding of workplace pension investments.
- Interest in artificial intelligence and its potential in enhancing data analysis and process automation.
