Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the overall corporate strategy
- Prepare detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses to support decision-making
- Evaluate potential partnership opportunities equity raising alternatives development or acquisition targets and other strategic initiatives
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive dynamics and potential growth opportunities
- Coordinate due diligence efforts including financial operational legal tax and market assessments
- Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks advisory firms and industry contacts to generate deal flow
- Support in negotiation of terms and structure transactions working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the preparation of presentation materials for the Senior Management Team Board of Directors or current/potential investors
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting for corporate development activities
- Work cross-functionally with various departments including capital markets investments legal and portfolio management to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related subject
- 5 years of experience in corporate development investment banking management consulting private equity or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully executing M&A transactions and strategic partnerships
- Strong financial modeling valuation and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and operate in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities
- High level of integrity professionalism and attention to detail
