Your mission
- Provide support for existing client and server hardware and software based on Windows 11 Windows Server 2019 and other office infrastructure (including printers Wi-Fi NAS and VPN).
- Manage and maintain the internal network to ensure seamless connectivity across all departments.
- Monitor system health and proactively address performance or security issues.
- Ensure IT office operations remain fully functional and secure during business hours.
- Implement system updates patches and version upgrades in line with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve network access and user-related issues.
- Maintain accurate system documentation and ensure compliance with IT standards and best practices.
Your profile
- Bachelors Degree from a recognized and approved university (full-time course only).
- 35 years of experience in MS Windows administration.
- Hands-on experience in PowerShell scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Windows systems and network administration including command-line proficiency.
- Experience with Active Directory DNS DHCP and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Hyper-V and Veeam is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in providing ticket-based and direct end-user support resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with a proactive and structured approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when required.
