About the Position
The EMEA Security Operations Manager (ESOM) is responsible for leading and executing Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM) programs across Europe and Emerging Markets. This is a new role which ensures the integration of security strategies into business operations proactively identifies and mitigates risks and supports incident response and investigations. The ESOM collaborates with global and regional stakeholders to maintain a secure and resilient business environment.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Strategic Security Leadership design and execute regional security strategies aligned with global standards. Partner with leadership to embed security risk mitigation into business strategies and operations. Development of governance frameworks policies and standards.
Identify assess and mitigate evolving security and resilience risks and lead Critical Incident Management efforts
Manage complex cases and investigations and audits involving board-reportable matters.
Identify and mitigate evolving security and resilience risks leading critical incident management and response efforts.
Build strong relationships with internal teams including up to Board Level and external partners (e.g. law enforcement government agencies and security professional associations).
Promote security awareness through training and communication.
Manage vendor relationships and optimise service delivery; monitoring and reporting on security metrics and performance indicators. Manage an outsourced Global Security Operations Centre.
Previous Experience:
Required:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Essential experience in a senior management role in corporate security with a background in law enforcement military and risk management.
Experience in multinational environments and cross-functional collaboration.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional European foreign language skills preferred.
Ability to travel up to 2530% regionally and internationally.
ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
Preferred:
Experience conducting Workplace Violence Prevention and Intervention training and investigations.
Familiarity with physical security systems and technologies.
Professional relationships with law enforcement and government agencies.
