Heres what youll be doing

As theGenesis Personalization Manager you play a crucial role in providing our guests with financing solutions and insurance products that meet their needs. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to finalizing financial agreements focusing on delivering an outstanding guest experience. Your expertise in automotive financing and insurance products will be essential in ensuring our guests receive the best financing solutions and products for their individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • ensuring all required documentation (digital and printed) is complete and accurate
  • serving as the in-house expert for the teams software and applications
  • providing analytical/reporting support including lead tracking and conversion courtesy-vehicle fleet management and agreements Genesis at Home paperwork and keeping the team informed on Genesis incentive program changes.
  • supporting GXMs and Guests directly with explanations and recommendations for Genesis accessories and protection products to personalize each vehicle.

You need these qualifications

  • You are highly organized and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • You pay close attention to the small details and understand why they matter to discerning Guests.
  • You are unfailingly discreet with confidential information.
  • You possess a hospitality and Guest-service mindset including viewing Genesis Experience Managers as your internal clients.
  • You are able to work to tight deadlines remaining calm under stress.
  • You are a creative problem-solver with a willingness to go above and beyond and the persistence to see it through.
  • You present yourself as a professional with impeccable personal care.
  • You have proficiency with software applications like Excel Salesforce Dealer Management Systems (DMS) Google Suite etc.
  • Previous experience and a track record of success in automotive sales F&I and/or sales management roles is essential.
  • A post-secondary education or relevant training certifications will be considered an asset but are not a requirement.
  • You hold a valid drivers license with no demerit poitns.
  • You hold an OMVIC license.

It would be nice if

  • You have familiarity with dealership management software (e.g. Reynolds & Reynolds Dealertrack)
  • You are a Certified Automotive Finance Professional (AFIP)
