Your Role
This roleis responsible forensuring finance related activities are performed and delivered ina outputs from the team to deliver financial information and incorporating business knowledge toprovideperformance insightsanalysisand recommendations to internal stakeholders to support decision making and drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable financial insightsthroughtimelyandaccuratemanagement reporting including segment SKU category and royalty performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controlsby supporting audits reconciling inventory and aligning withDuluxGroupaccounting standards.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes building detailed financialmodelsand managing system uploads across TM1 BW and SAP.
- Drive business process improvements enhancing rebate and commission workflows S&OP tracking and Power BI dashboards for data-driven decisions.
- Support financial integrityby liaising with Shared Services reviewing month-end results and ensuring capital reporting compliance.
- Measure successthrough reporting accuracy audit compliance forecasting precision and adherence to inventory and procurement policies.

Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business or Finance(Accounting or similar discipline) is essential; CPA or CA certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experiencein Management or Financial Accounting ideally within a commercial or manufacturing environment.
- Strongfinancial modelling and analytical skills withproficiencyin TM1 BW and SAP systems.
- Proven ability tointerpret complex sales and cost metrics delivering insights and recommendations to improve business performance.
- Excellentcommunication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence across Sales Marketing R&D and Supply Chain teams.
- High attention to detail and ability toprioritise and manage multiple tasks ensuringtimelyandaccuratefinancial reporting and compliance.
