| Job Description: | - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and visibility of HDHPs research initiatives and community programs
- Manage and update social media accounts (Facebook Instagram etc.).
- Create plan and share culturally sensitive content (posts graphics flyers short videos) using tools such as Canva Adobe and Hubspot
- Assist in creating survey content on REDCap
- Promote survey participation and other community engagement initiatives through digital channels
- Track analyze and report social media performance (engagement reach impressions) with updates every two weeks
- Recommend strategies to improve campaign effectiveness (e.g. timing language content type)
- Collaborate with the HDHP Research Team to create clear and engaging social media and outreach content
- Maintain accuracy professionalism and cultural sensitivity in all communications

| Expected Salary: | $14/hour |

| Required Qualifications: | Is able to work up to200 total hours with a maximum of 20 hours per week through December 31 2025. |

| Preferred: | - Availability every Wednesday from 11:00 AM 12:30 PM for the Mental Health Support Coaching Program (via Zoom)
- Strong skills in social media management content creation and communications
- Experience with social media analytics and tools such as (Google Analytics Canva etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO SEM Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint certifications
- Ability to create engaging culturally sensitive content on sensitive topics
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Portfolio with 23 examples of social media or communications work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
