Raytheon - Air & Space Defense Systems (ASDS) isseeking a Senior Business Management Analyst tosupport one of our premier program area in theSpace Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance (S-ISR) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU).

This role will support the Space ISR Business Management Team. As a key member of the team this position will support the day-to-day program execution for the program management teams and collaborate closely with various Senior Directors Program Managers customers Leads and other cross-functional groups.

What You Will Do

Support Space ISR as the communications lead
Metrics development collection and dissemination to programs and internal customers
Manage Employee Engagement Initiatives
Conduct risk analysis and mitigation of programmatic challenges that may include special projects for shaping customer communication and program growth potential
Monitor and report on project progress providing weekly monthly metrics to ensure deliveries are met
Maintain detailed dashboards and reports on project performance including status milestones resource allocation budget risks and issues
Develop execute and maintain project plans updating them to reflect changing requirements and priorities
Facilitate lessons learned sessions to support the program in driving continuous improvement
Plan prepare packages and coordinate all actions associated with Space ISR Senior Leader monthly meetings

Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelors degree in a related discipline and minimum two years of relevant experience (including business and program management finance etc)
Experience supporting US government customers in a cleared environment
Experience developing process documentation (to include Standard Operating Procedures)
Experiencewith Microsoft Office Suite resources
Experiencesupportingcross-functionalteams
An activeand transferableTS/SCI with Poly level U.S. government issued security clearance isrequiredpriorto start date. U.S. citizenship isrequired as only U.S. citizens are eligible for asecurity clearance

The salary range for this role is 66000 USD - 130000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
