Job Summary

The Bill Review Associate I is responsible for accurately entering and verifying medical billing information to ensure completeness and consistency. The role supports the overall bill review process by maintaining data accuracy and compliance with established standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Enters and edits medical bill data.
Resolves missing or inconsistent information.
Makes necessary corrections to the entered information.
Compares data entered with source documents or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors.
Compiles sorts and verifies the accuracy of data to be entered.
Reviews error reports and enter corrections.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications:

Sr. High School (New Curriculum) or 2nd Yr. College (Old Curriculum)
Medical Bill Review Experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Familiarity with medical billing software and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage workload independently within established procedures.

Onsite training then will transition to hybridsetupinMandaluyongCity (1 day onsite 4 days remote)
