The Opportunity
Were looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist who brings precision professionalism and a collaborative spirit to everything they this role youll be a key force behind the success of our sales organizationowning essential administrative functions and supporting high-impact sales initiatives that drive performance and growth.
Reporting to the Vice President Sales Initiatives & Development and supporting the 2E President and Consulting Team youll ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the sales team while contributing to broader enablement strategies across the firm.

- Manage complex calendars and heavy travel coordination for the 2E Consulting team.
- Drive efficiency in compliance paperwork CRM data upkeep and pitch book preparation ensuring clear and timely communication across teams.
- Collaborate closely with Business Development Associates (BDAs) on meeting logistics regional events and sales operations to foster alignment and team success.
- Facilitate the smooth flow of information between the 2E Consulting team and other departments ensuring timely follow-ups and aligned deliverables.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements confidently sharing ideas and solutions.
- Support accountability and focus across the 2E Consulting team ensuring activities are prioritized and tracked.
- Manage team inboxes and TEAMS channels organizing requests tracking updates and ensuring accurate entry into Asana.
- Oversee the 2E consulting workflow in Asana ensuring all requests are properly tracked action items are completed on time and detailed notes are accurately documented.
- Oversee team expense submissions and reporting.
- Provide coverage and support to other business development team members during absences or vacation periods.
- Step in during peak periods and take on new tasks as the teams needs evolve.
What were looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support project coordination or sales operations.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent) and task management systems.
- Experience using project management software particularly Asana.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional style.
- Experience in financial services or a fast-paced results-driven sales environment is a strong asset.
- High level of discretion integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Strong ability to follow and champion structured workflows ensuring consistency and compliance.
- Confident problem-solver with a proactive mindsetable to anticipate needs identify solutions and take initiative.
