Pay from $165000 to $185000 annually.

A Day in the Life - Malpractice Associate Attorney
- Handle your caseload from start to finish.
- Draft pleadings motions and discovery requests while keeping track of deadlines.
- Prepare for and attend depositions hearings and trials.
- Communicate with clients experts and fellow attorneys providing updates on their cases.
- Conduct legal research and write memoranda to support your case strategies.
- Work with senior attorneys will help ensure smooth case management.
What Matters Most
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to the Connecticut State Bar or have a sufficient UBE score. Aimed at candidates with 5 years of medical malpractice defense litigation experience.
- Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions along with strong legal research and discovery response skills is essential. Advocacy skills are important for mediations arbitrations trials and hearings.
- Attention to detail prioritization and effective communication are crucial for success.
