ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant & Office Manager for the CEO of a fast-growing home development company. This unique role combines executive support project coordination and office management for a company developing and selling 80 homes in a single community.

You will work closely with the CEO helping manage construction timelines permits vendors budgets and sales strategies while keeping the Miami office running smoothly. This is a high-impact position ideal for a proactive professional with experience in real estate construction and executive support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level executive support: calendar travel communications and investor relations.

  • Assist in project planning & construction coordination: timelines permits vendor management and quality control.

  • Support finance & sales: budgets cash flow tracking pricing strategies marketing campaigns and contract coordination.

  • Manage office operations: staff vendors supplies and workflow systems.

  • Facilitate community and stakeholder relations including local government and investor communications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager preferably in real estate construction or residential development.

  • Strong understanding of home construction project management and permitting processes.

  • Excellent organization multitasking and communication skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office project management tools and financial reporting software.

  • Professional proactive and highly discreet.
