About the Role
Were looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to help drive the most critical initiatives within the Agent Product organization. Youll work directly with the VP of Agent Product and cross-functional leaders to design and execute high-impact projects that unlock growth efficiency and scalability across the business.
This is a high-visibility high-impact role for a builder-operator who thrives in ambiguity loves turning ideas into action and wants a front-row seat to the inner workings of a fast-growing AI company.
What Youll Do

Lead strategic and operational projects across product go-to-market and customer success.

Stand up new programs and systems from scratch to set vision design processes and execute at speed.

Partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Deep dive into product and business data to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Continuously adapt priorities based on evolving company goals and market conditions.
What Were Looking For
-
5 to 8 years of experience in program management strategy and operations or business operations ideally in B2B SaaS or consulting.

Proven ability to take a function or program from concept to operational excellence.

Experience at a growth-stage tech startup (post-Series A) or top consulting firm (for example MBB).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a builders mindset.
-
Collaborative and able to influence without authority across diverse teams.

Undergraduate degree from a top university; an advanced degree (MBA or Masters) is a plus.

Comfortable working on-site 5 days per week in San Francisco.

Familiarity with conversational AI tools or AI agent deployment.

Experience working cross-functionally with sales operations and product teams.
