Position: Chat/Email Support Representative
Evolution Sports Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat/Email Support Representative to join our growing team. As a full-time permanent employee you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment providing exceptional support to our clients through chat and email channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through chat and email channels in a timely and professional manner
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by actively listening and understanding their needs
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and communication logs
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective customer support
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers
- Meet and exceed set performance metrics and targets
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or support role preferably in a chat or email support setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficient in using computers and various software applications
- Experience with CRM systems is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
