An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced nursing leader to step into the Chief Nursing Officer role at a 50-bed freestanding hospital. This facility employs approximately 45 FTEs and operates with a close-knit leadership structure. The CNO reports directly to the CEO and has two direct reports: a House Supervisor on days and a House Supervisor on nights.
Position Overview:
The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for the overall direction and coordination of all nursing functions within the hospital. This leader will play a critical role in driving quality outcomes ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering a collaborative patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping and improving the facilitys culture building a cohesive nursing team and enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in bed management
