Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist German Market
Location: Lisbon (LACS Santos Office) Hybrid

Start Date: 10 November 2025

About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (German Market) to join our growing team in Lisbon. Youll play a key role in developing and executing optimization strategies for high-value customers driving measurable growth across digital platforms.

This role operates on a rotational schedule from Monday to Sunday between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM with a hybrid work model offering flexibility between office and remote working.

Main Responsibilities
Implement and optimize digital advertising campaigns for premium clients.
Develop and manage Google Ads strategies including keyword creation bidding and budget management.
Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights and performance reports.
Optimize for ROI across channels such as the Google Search Network (GSN) Mobile and YouTube.
Create meaningful reports detailing customer trends and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements
Native or C1-level German and at least B2-level English.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience managing Google Ads campaigns (mandatory).
Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data effectively.
Good understanding of digital KPIs and optimization metrics.
Excel knowledge is required.
Team-oriented and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Base Salary: 23000 gross.
Performance Bonus: 5% of yearly gross base salary.
Language Bonus: 3240 per year.
Meal Allowance: 7.63 per workday (paid in meal card net).
Transportation Bonus: 720 per year.
Other Benefits:
Health & Life Insurance (including spouse and children).
Permanent contract with 180-day probation.
Relocation Support (for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal)
Full bureaucratic assistance (NIF & NISS).
Housing support upon arrival.
Relocation bonus of 2000 gross (paid with the first salary cycle).
1000 gross if relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area.
