What Youll Do

Communicate with Italian-speaking customers via phone email and chat.

What Were Looking For

Language Skills: Native or C2 level of Italian B1/B2 level of English.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine passion for customer satisfaction and problem-solving.

Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.

Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not mandatory!
