The job

It is really simple: as we are growing our candidate database and increasing clients demand we need support in finding qualifying and conducting full-cycle tech and non-tech recruitment for specific jobs. So if you feel like generating extra revenue (from 10 to 25% of the position gross fee per placed candidate - around 500 to 3.000 dollars per closed job) working remotely within a completely autonomous schedule and have the chance to be part of something big apply and lets have a virtual coffee! Important to reinforce that this is a success-based freelancing role paid by closed jobs.

The job is for you if...
You have previous experience as a Freelancer Recruiter speaks Portuguese and English.

You speak fluent English and Portuguese. Most of our clients and candidates are native English speakers.

You have a growth mindset. You are also contributing to building from the beginning so new opportunities could appear in the mid-term.

You are fine working as a freelance contractor. Yes no fixed salary no benefits no full-time employment for the moment. You take the risk as we do and we all get paid based on the placements. We aim to be the #1 agency for startups and scaleups in the geographies we operate so we work with a few but great freelance recruiters based on a respectful and trustworthy relationship.

You have some extra time that you could invest in this not just 15 minutes a day.

You hate speaking with candidates and clients.

You dont like the idea of freelancing or getting success-based commissions

You are arrogant and dont know what empathy is

AgainEnglish is a must and another fluent language would be awesome. Its quite important to have previous experience in sourcing and interviewing candidates but if you dont have and you learn fast and think you can f.... do it apply why not
