What would you be doing:

Monitor team performance productivity and attendance through dashboards and tracking tools.
Analyze daily weekly and monthly performance reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Provide real-time alerts or notifications to team leaders regarding workflow issues underperformance or inactivity.
Track adherence to schedules and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Prepare performance summaries and highlight insights for management review.
Recommend workflow optimizations and process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Support the implementation of productivity tools reporting systems and monitoring procedures.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

Proven experience in workforce analysis operations support or productivity monitoring is an advantage (preferred in customer service operations or shared services).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Well-versed in Mandarin and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel Google Sheets or data visualization tools.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Good communication and coordination skills across teams and departments.
