Tech Talent Malaysia is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing specialist focused on technical digital and engineering talent. We help organizations build stronger teams through innovative sourcing screening and placement strategies across permanent contract and project-based hiring. We also leverage Gen AIpowered solutions to enhance every stage of the hiring processanalyzing CVs accelerating matching and delivering data-driven insights. These AI solutions are available to clients for their internal hiring teams and this role will help market and expand this next-generation recruitment offering.
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager Tech Recruitment Services & Solutions to contribute to growth by winning new clients deepening key accounts and driving adoption of our Gen AI recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries (Technology FinTech Consulting Engineering).

  • Manage the 360 recruitment cycle from client acquisition and account management to collaboration with recruiters for delivery.

  • Promote and sell Tech Talents Gen AI recruitment solutions to help clients modernize and accelerate hiring.

  • Build strong long-term client relationships through trust responsiveness and actionable insight.

  • Stay ahead of market trends salary benchmarks and emerging skill sets to guide clients strategically.

  • Attend industry events tech meetups and HR forums to expand brand visibility and pipeline.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets through consistent client engagement and pipeline management.

Requirements
Must-have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing HR or related field.

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment staffing or B2B sales.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment cycles and client management.

  • Highly driven resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
