Job summary:
Our client is seeking for an experienced and results-driven Director Business Development (B2B & B2C) to lead commercial strategy manage cross-functional teams and drive company-wide revenue growth. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for business expansion across airline GSA corporate travel FIT OTA and strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Lead and manage business development and sales teams across the organization
- Oversee Managers for Airline GSA Corporate & Group Desk Sales & Marketing and Strategic Alliances
- Set KPIs performance targets and accountability frameworks
Business Development
- Develop and execute B2B and B2C growth strategies
- Build and manage strong relationships with airlines GDS providers OTAs and corporate clients
- Identify new markets partnerships and commercial opportunities
- Lead negotiations and commercial agreements
Revenue Ownership
- Own and drive overall company revenue and profitability
- Develop pricing distribution and sales strategies
- Monitor revenue performance margins and market trends
- Work closely with finance and leadership teams on forecasting and budgeting
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Business Development / Commercial leadership (Travel OTA or Airline industry preferred)
- Proven experience managing managers and multi-channel sales teams
- Strong understanding of airline distribution GDS systems and OTA ecosystems
- Excellent leadership negotiation and communication skills
- Strategic data-driven and results-oriented mindset
