This isnt a standard Transfer Pricing role. Because this isnt a standard business. If youve made it to Manager or Assistant Manager in a Big 4 or equivalent you know how it works: same clients same structures same conversations. This is different. This is your chance to become a strategic partner in a growing business thats transforming how corporate tax gets done in Cyprus. Youll help build out a brand-new Transfer Pricing service offering on top of a solid growing corporate client base. You wont be starting from scratch. The founder is already trusted by hundreds of clients. Theyre ready to take things up a level and seek the right entrepreneurial partner alongside them for the journey. What makes this different from your current job Lets start with the obvious.

What youll actually do

You already know the Transfer Pricing work: local files master files OECD guidelines policy design audit defense intercompany analysis and documentation. But this role adds more:

  • Build and lead the TP advisory arm within a boutique firm already working with major international corporates.
  • Partner directly with the founder to evolve the corporate tax offering and identify new revenue streams.
  • Deepen and grow existing relationships while attracting new clients through thought leadership networking and referrals.
  • Influence the direction of the business and help shape the teams future hires.
  • Translate complex rules into clear strategic advice for CFOs tax directors and CEOs.

Who this is right for

Lets be blunt: this is for someone whos ready to step off the Big 4 treadmill and start building something of their own. Maybe youre a Transfer Pricing Manager or AM with a solid technical foundation and entrepreneurial leanings. Maybe youve had your fill of hierarchies and internal politics. Maybe youve always wanted to shape your own client portfolio and be rewarded for it.

Youll need:

  • Deep knowledge of Transfer Pricing principles preferably OECD and Cyprus regulations.
  • Fluency in English and Greek (essential).
  • Enough confidence to work directly with senior stakeholders and enough humility to know when to ask for input.
  • A commercial mindset: you understand how tax impacts business and can explain it to non-tax people.
  • Ideally experience serving international clients in a multi-jurisdictional setup.
