What will I be doing

As our Team Leader - Outcomes you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Claims Administrators to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of claims.

Other responsibilities include:

• Day-to-day supervision coaching and performance management of the team
• Supporting the Head of Operations with driving continuous improvement and service excellence.
• Provide an accurate forecast at the beginning of each month reviewing forecast on a regular basis and report on any risks of achieving a forecast.
• Monitor claim volumes turnaround times accuracy levels and implementing corrective actions as required
• Provide regular updates and reporting on team performance and operational outcomes
• Contribute to the development and implementation of improved claims processes and systems

Who are you

We are looking for you to bring knowledge and experience including:

• Understanding of the Deed and Guidelines related to the IEA and TTW contracts
• Demonstrated experience within Employment Services with claims administration highly regarded
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
• Solid time management and organisational skills

A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment. Successful candidates must set up a myGovID in order to access Government data aligned to role.
