Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service.
- Provide data-driven reporting on service levels equipment lifecycle and performance metrics including recommendations for equipment replacement or upgrades.
- Collaborate across departments to develop client-focused solutions that align with customer SLAs DOC revenue targets and field technician capabilities.
- Forecast and track key account metrics including revenue performance quarterly results and annual forecasts.
- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts through strong relationship management and consultative selling.
- Work cross-functionally with operations service and administrative teams to ensure account satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager Key Account Manager or Sales Account Manager preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Background in HVAC service management or technical roles strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization.
