As we enter a new phase of growth we are looking for a driven Commercial Technology Lead / Manager to go on this journey with us.
Your role
This role owns the strategy deployment and optimization of the entire Commercial Technology Stack (Sales and Marketing) including the CRM website and data analytics platforms and implements an AI first way of working for this. You will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning and efficiency of both the Sales and Marketing teams ensuring visibility on sales and marketing performance structure the alignment and help maximizing revenue generation.
Youll make an impact by
Owning developing and optimizing the Commercial Technology strategy budget and deployment to support the company wide objectives.
Full ownership of the company CRM implementation (Hubspot) across the Sales and Marketing organizations including CRM database design quote to cash processes work instructions and training to ensure maximum efficiency.
Identifying piloting and implementing AI initiatives and automation tools to significantly improve the efficiency of both Sales and Marketing processes.
Defining measuring and regularly reporting on the entire Marketing & Sales Pipeline and key commercial performance metrics.
Providing strategic insights and guidance on performance across channels and activities as the Commercial Technology business partner for the global Marketing and Business Development teams. Additionally extending this support to stakeholders throughout the organization in areas including supply chain financial forecasting and product management.
Designing and implementing scalable quote to cash processes including order processing and functional integrations with finance and supply chain.
Owning developing and optimizing Skytrees website / digital experience platform strategy and deployment to build authority in the market across target audiences generate qualified leads and support the company wide objectives. This includes user experience optimization conversion rate optimization and SEO.
Owning developing and maintaining (web) analytics and other relevant tooling to optimize commercial performance across channels and regularly report out to stakeholders across the company.
What were looking for
You have 5-7 years of experience in the strategy and implementation of software tools and work processes within Sales and Marketing organizations.
Bachelors degree in Business (Digital) Marketing Computer Science Communications or a related field.
A proactive self-starting mindset with a passion for staying current on the latest SalesTech/MarTech developments and a hands-on approach to building testing and iterating solutions.
Extensive experience with Sales Operations Marketing Operations and HubSpot CRM as a full-platform owner (Sales Hub and Marketing Hub).
Broad knowledge on AI developments and practical experience identifying piloting and implementing AI tools or automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Strong knowledge of website strategies and tools such as SEO and SEM A/B testing funnel analysis conversion rate optimization (CRO) and user experience (UX) best practices.
Excellent collaboration skills working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams.
Strong communication skills in English.
