You will sit at the intersection of the business user experience and the technologies that solve our customer and end-user problems; confirming they meet market demands and drive business growth. You will design develop and manage activities for a specific product or group of products from product definition and planning through production release and end of life. Your involvement will last throughout all stages of a products lifecycle including modifications upgrades maintenance of the product or product line. For commercial products it also includes commercialization go-to-market planning sales and other key business support activities.

You are responsible for coaching leveraging team members unique strengths and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will drive the design delivery and continuous improvement of sustainability-focused technology products. As a Manager you will lead teams and manage client accounts focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. This role allows you to bridge business strategy with technology execution making a tangible impact on sustainability initiatives while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

What You Must Have
- Bachelors Degree
- 6 years of experience in Product Ownership Program Management or Solution Delivery
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- 6 years of experience in Product Ownership or Program Management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Understanding of ESG frameworks and regulations
- Familiarity with ESG data management and reporting workflows
- Experience translating sustainability goals into technology solutions
- Identifying opportunities for digitization and efficiency
- Exposure to sustainability analytics tools and carbon accounting solutions
- Technical fluency to engage with architecture and engineering teams
- Knowledge of AI and data-driven decision-making
