Flowserve Leduc Alberta repair center focuses on repairing and upgrading rotating equipment.
We are looking for an Engineering Intern to join our Leduc team during Winter semester (start: January 2026).
Internship duration: 8 to 12 months
Location: Leduc AB.
Work hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Engineering interns will be assisting with the following tasks
- Generating repair scopes for rotating equipment
- Drawing interpretation / Modifications
- Creating quality assurance documents
- Tracked progress on multiple repair or upgrade projects
- Created Inspection and test plan
- Assisting with continuous improvement projects
- Generating parts lists for projects
- Assisting with project management tasks
Requirements:
- Mechanical Engineering student with at least 1 work term complete.
- Must own a pair of steel toed shoes and safety glasses.
- Available to work fulltime for at least 8 months.
- Skilled with Microsoft applications.
- Willingness to learn and good interpersonal skills.
Preferred skills/experience:
- Experience with rotating equipment and/or petroleum industry.
